My research focuses on how we can fit gaming into our frameworks of learning and teaching language, and how those frameworks might adapt and benefit from our understandings of gaming. I’m interested in player-learner styles, dispositions, and agency, and how people “learnfully game” in an L2. I want to build gameful immersive VR simulations for L2 learning.
